Process Development

Process development is a collaborative effort between APM and our clients. We use our expertise to provide sound advise on the right adhesive to use taking into consideration the process requirements and limitations. Every step of the process that involves adhesive is being discussed. These processes are (but not limited to): Surface preparation, Adhesive selection, Mixing, Dispensing, Adhesive Process (e.g. Bonding, Potting, Encapsulation etc.), Curing and Hardness Testing.
